If you are new to Stepping Stones ABA, LLC please complete and submit the new client’s intake form as well as current IEP in the drop box below.

Our staff will evaluate your request for services within 1 to 3 days of receiving your intake forms and child's IEP.  ​

If we can provide applicable services, we will contact you to schedule an initial assessment.

We also accept private pay.
